Lovingly filmed, recorded, and played live in the peaceful nature of Northern California, Harp in Nature is a full-length album of gentle harp improvisations, blended with the real sounds of the environment as they happened in the moment. This music is a reflection of the past six months, created in harmony with beautiful natural places. You’ll hear not just the harp, but the voice of each place: ocean waves, wind through the trees, flowing water, distant waterfalls, and birdsong. Each track is a short, handpicked moment from my longer improvisations, meant to be easy to return to. My hope is that this music can offer a bit of comfort and connection to nature whenever you might need it.
