Hello dear friends, I'm so happy to be back with a new video. I've been recovering from illness, which gave some time to pause and reflect but also gives me so much gratitude for health. My heart goes out to those moving through difficult seasons. A lot of heaviness but also hope and healing all around and this session by the redwood brook felt like a prayer. The scent of the redwoods, the singing of the birds, and the gentle song of the brook filling the air, the forest creating its own music. The lighting was a little bright toward the end of the session as the late morning sun moved through the forest. I was deep in the music to get up and adjust the camera settings, but I hope the moment can be felt, the warmth of the sun and the opening of the heart. Thank you so much for being here.
